While I try to figure out why our photoblog at one28.net is not working with Pixelpost, I thought I would post a few photos here to share. (I’m wondering if installing MT would be better… Hmm.)

A good friend just departed for Seattle after spending a few days with us (visiting from DC) so we’ve been touring around town, including a trip to the coast yesterday. I think she understands why we chose to stay in Portland

Here are a few photos from the Japanese Garden and the Rose Garden which were both relaxing given that most people were out of town for the Labor Day weekend. This was actually my first time at the Rose Garden when in full bloom.
