It has taken me nearly 8 months to get around to getting new rollers for the American Equipment Printing Company 6-1/2 x 10 table top press. Even more, it took 4 months to even know I needed new rollers!

Sigh.

With Lynn Russell’s gentle push and encouragement, I finally sent one of my rollers and a truck to NA Graphics in Silverton, Colorado for a consultation. They have several rollers in stock available for purchase directly from their website and just to be sure Fritz Klinke suggested that I send the roller and truck in for review.

If you are considering new rollers I highly recommend giving them a ring first. Fritz is extremely knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge.

Well, just this morning I got the confirmation that indeed the 6-1/2 x 10 C&P Pilot rollers and the trucks will work with my press. Woohoo!

The goal here is to get the press working by the end of the year and definitely before the anniversary of the press delivery date.

Next: A Boxcar base.
