Hi Cherra,
The only marking on the lenses I have other than distance settings is “Lentar Wideangle Lens for Polaroid Camera and Lentar Telephoto Lens for Polaroid Camera”. Both are Made in Japan.

The manual lists a cloud filter (#516) that is listed as an accessory, but no mention of other lenses.

I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful at this time. If I find additional information, I’ll post here.
